 21 Years old  Ishani Shrestha, from Naxal kathmandu has been crowned Miss Nepal 2013, whereas Rojina Shahi Thakuri bagged First Runner Up and second Runner Up goes to Shreetima Shrestha.


Nepal Television had telecast  the event live with Host Former Miss Nepal 2002 Malika Subba.
The final question answer round which proved Ishani , the best among the contestants,  was '" what do you prefer a Joint or Nuclear Family?". Her wining answer was " I prefer joint family.Growing up in a joint family has taught  me to be a people's person.It has taught me to use my lips for kindness, my vision for passion, my ears for help, hands   for charity and heart for love.My joint family has taught me great morals and values that i will hold for the rest of my life.It has made me become the strong, reliable, humble, helpful and independent woman that i am today.That is why i prefer joint family.

Ishani Shrestha will represent Nepal on Miss World 2013,  whereas Rojina Shahi Thakuri and Shreetima Shrestha will be representing on Miss Earth 2013 and Miss International 2013 consecutively.
